Smiley

Smiley comes from Northern Ireland and has been collecting records and djing for over 25 years. A lover for good music and an ear for putting records together, Smiley can play sets which span across the genres.
Throughout the years Smiley played at some of the biggest club nights and festivals in Ireland on a regular basis, such as Lush! in Portrush and Jika Jika in Derry.
This involved warming up for various guest djs such as Paul Woolford, Anthony Pappa, Ashley Casselle, Ricky Ryan & Bent.
With Northern Ireland having a healthy and diverse party scene, Smiley & friends put on various parties in the city, with club nights like Beatworx and Get Loose.
This saw DJs such as Quivver, Demi, Paolo Mojo, The Japanese Popstars and Fonzarelli coming to play in Belfast. Throughout the years, Smiley has played in various clubs throughout the world, such as Tantra and The Orange Corner in Ibiza (Spain), Glow in Bangkok (Thailand), Club Fusion in Koh Samui (Thailand), Planet Nightclub in Brisbane (Australia). While dance music still fills the vaults in Smiley towers, you will now see rare vinyl sets which include all styles of music, from jazz to hip hop, soul to dub, Reggae to Disco, Synth to Balearic and everything in between.
What you can expect is to hear a set which keeps the listener engaged, introducing the listener to something special. Music to make you happy, music to make you Smile(y).
