A music consultant and professional DJ for more than 15 years, Younglee will guarantee that your party or event has amazing music from start to finish.  An exciting, eclectic DJ who can play party favourites alongside one off bootlegs, exclusive productions and dope beats.  Finger-on-the pulse music for happy people.

Over the years he’s held numerous DJ residencies around London and has regularly played at venues such as The Ministry of Sound, Fabric, Turnmills, Herbal, The Egg, Cargo, Plastic People, The Big Chill, 333, 93 Feet East, Met Bar, Funky Buddha, Movida, Hospital, Whiskey Mist, Boujis, and Kensington Roof Gardens. Outside of London Younglee has played at The Electric Chair in Manchester alongside the Unabombers and Gilles Peterson and The Magnet in Liverpool with Jazzanova.

He’s travelled the world performing at international gigs, festivals and private events in Miami, Chicago, San-Francisco, New York, Croatia, Spain, Ireland, Rhodes, Cannes, Ireland, Switzerland, Italy, Malawi, and Mozambique.

He is entrusted by a number of high profile brands to perform at their events throughout Europe. He’s played for companies such as Google, Microsoft, BT and Mercedes, performing for up to 2000 people and playing alongside people such as Cirque du Solei, Beardyman and Norman Jay.  

He’s worked as music consultant and DJ for Diesel Clothing, JB Whiskey, Vogue Magazine, The Blue Planet Run (Dow), Selfridges, Liberty and Harrods to name but a few and alongside fashion designers creating music for catwalk shows, producing soundtracks for the theatre, television and on-brand playlists for companies like the Hilton group, Mercedes and Zain Communications.

He’s produced music under the name Ok_Ma (alongside Jake Telford) on a variety of record labels worldwide and has collaborated with production outfits Crazy P, Spiritual South, Red Rack Em, J-Star, Lanu and the Bamboos just to name a few. A trained journalist he’s also written for magazines, blogs and websites including Hear no Evil, Straight no Chaser, Faith, Jockey Slut and Music Concierge.  

This year he’s cut down the number of gigs to concentrate on his Masters Degree in creative writing and has a book being published later in the year. He’s kept up a few residencies whilst studying @ The POW, Brixton, London.  Hope Works, Sheffield.  Hilton, Paddington, London. Mirth, Walthamstow, London.
