Michu

As Dj Michu I started in Wrocław in 1996 in club Podium with the Industrial party every Wednesday, and soon after Techno party on Saturday as well.
The journey into the vinyl records began after moving to Holland, playing and mixing with decks since then (1998).
I performed my first gig in Kashmir Lounge Dj's Cafe in Amsterdam on New Year's Eve of 1999/2000 and later played since 2009 till 2012 as a resident dj there.
Meanwhile I spinned vinyls in Abraxas, Dj's Cafe and OT301 in Amsterdam as well. In 2001 I made a professional recording of my mixing in the studio of SAE (School of Audio Engineering Amsterdam) on CD, calling it "The Real Story"​.

My experimental style allows to mix a quite unique collection of sounds starting from ambient and chill-out tunes into trip hop, hip hop, various electronica, idm, drum'n'bass and minimal, techno, house, dub, reggae and some classics from 70's, 80's and 90's. It is like a journey into the sound, moving through different places, vibes, times and spaces, all connected.
